If I am booked and you as client approve, I will assume the role of a booking agent for those DJ's I feel are capable of assuming the role and living up to CE Dj's standards. If I assume this position for you, I will maintain communication between you and your DJ. As an agent I think it's important to keep things progressing and to keep good communication between you and your DJ to ensure your event is a success. In addition, you will notice on my Vendor page that I recommend only vendors with whom I have worked and found to be professional, talented and have similar beliefs as I.I currently network with over 60 DJ's and many vendors throughout New England that vary in experience and expertise. I look forward to working with you to create an amazing event that will be remembered by all. I started as a DJ when I was twelve years old playing music for the local Boys and Girls Club. Early on I realized that I had a knack for motivating and energizing people through music. My talent quickly spread through the local schools and I became requested by many to DJ their school dances, and proms. Before long I was DJaying birthday parties, weddings, showers, and night clubs, etc. I decided at age eighteen that it was time to form my own DJ company. In 1985, CE Dj's was officially created. I am currently working on my twenty third year as a DJ and I love it. I can't think of another thing I would rather do for the rest of my life. My style of DJaying is very professional, formal and non-intrusive. I will not embarrass anyone by being obnoxious, or overbearing on the microphone. I will however, encourage and motivate via the microphone. I believe that your special day is about you, not the DJ. I simply pay close attention to detail by listening to your every request, and then I deliver. I will work on a specialized music program with you that will keep you and your guests dancing all night long, and even singing and dancing during dinner. So I continue to find new ways to improve my company by attending all of the DJ conferences, and by reading most of the DJ magazines and books that are available. In addition, I send survey forms to all of my clients once I have completed their event. This tells me if they were satisfied or if I can improve my skills.
